We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, which is why we’ve made our shipping and returns process as straightforward as possible. Where Is My Order?

If your order has been shipped, you can find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping times

Shipping & Delivery Information:
At GOLSONCHÉ, we offer complimentary express shipping on all orders to ensure a fast and seamless shopping experience.

Order Processing & Shipping:
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 24-48 hours before being dispatched from our warehouse. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor its journey.

Delivery Details:
Our couriers operate Monday to Friday during business hours and will attempt delivery up to three times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Secure Delivery:
For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery of all orders. This ensures your purchase reaches you safely and securely.

Public Holidays & Shipping Delays:
Our warehouse remains closed on public holidays, meaning no orders will be processed or shipped on those days. Additionally, all orders are handled automatically, so we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times. We recommend placing your order in advance if you need it by a specific date.

Shipping costs

Within the Netherlands:
PostNL: From € 4,95 for packages up to 2 kg with track & trace.
DHL: From € 6,50 for standard packages.

Within Europe:
PostNL: Rates vary by country and weight. For example, a 0-2 kg package to Belgium costs around €9,95.
DHL: Starting from €9,95,- for shipments to European countries.

Worldwide:
PostNL: Prices vary depending on destination and weight.
DHL: International rates start from €25,-. Depending on the destination and weight.

What to do if my parcel is damaged?

Upon receipt of your order, please verify that the number of packages matches the details provided in your shipping confirmation email and ensure the package is in good condition.

If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, or if there is a discrepancy in the number of boxes delivered, please immediately report the issue. Make sure to note the condition of the parcel (e.g., damaged packaging, open box) on the courier’s delivery documents, and sign accordingly.

Due to logistical constraints, high shipping costs, customs regulations, and limited courier services, we are currently unable to deliver to these locations. We appreciate your understanding and are continuously working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Returns

How do I return an item?

At GOLSONCHÉ, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. To ensure a full refund on your returned items, we kindly ask that the products be in their original condition. This includes the return of all packaging, hangtags, and any accessories that came with your purchase.

For a smooth and hassle-free return process, please make sure that:

• All original packaging is intact, including boxes, dust bags, or any branded wrapping.
• Hangtags and labels remain attached to the item.
• The item has not been used or damaged in any way.


Failure to return the product in its original state may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.

By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your return is processed promptly and that your refund is fully credited back to your original payment method. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your commitment to maintaining the quality of our products.

Refunds

Once the GOLSONCHÉ team receives your returned item(s), we will process your return within 5 to 7 business days. After your return is approved, we’ll immediately request the refund and send you a confirmation email.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method:

Credit Card: Your bank will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the Return Acceptance Confirmation. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your card issuer.
PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
iDEAL: The refund will be processed to your iDEAL account within 5 business days of the Return Confirmation email.
Crypto: Refunds will be processed to your crypto wallet within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email, depending on the blockchain’s transaction speed.

How will I know if my return has been received?

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
