Where Is My Order?

If your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain the tracking number for your order.

Shipping Times & Costs

GOLSONCHÉ provides free express shipping for all orders. It takes approximately 24-48 hours to process an order before it is sent out from the warehouse. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes the tracking number.

Deliveries are made by our courier from Monday to Friday during regular business hours, and they will make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once an order is placed, it is not possible to modify the shipping address.

For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery of all orders.

Please be aware that our warehouse is closed on public holidays, so please take this into account as orders will not be shipped on those dates. All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties, and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.

What To Do If My Parcel Is Damaged?

Upon delivery, please make sure that the number of boxes delivered are as stated on the shipping confirmation email, and that the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered should be immediately notified by indicating the condition of the parcel (damaged package, open box...) in writing on the courier’s delivery documents, under your signature. 

Shipping Restrictions

We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship orders to General Delivery or P.O. Boxes. Any orders made with these addresses will be canceled.

Furthermore, it is essential that the delivery address of your order matches the country site where you are placing the order. If you wish to ship your order to a different country, please ensure that you change the country site on the menu bar before proceeding with your purchase.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we cannot provide delivery to the following areas:

Returns

Return Policy

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 28 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns and can pay for your returns label through our returns portal.

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 28 days from the date of delivery. You must notify us of your return via our returns portal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging
  • No signs of wash/wear
  • Tags must not be damaged or removed
  • No stains/hairs/odours
  • Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact


We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned.

International Returns

You can purchase an affordable returns label via our portal. Returns options/cost will show on the portal when you register your return.
