Order Status

If you have created an account with us, simply log in and visit the order history section on your account page to stay updated on your order’s status. here’s a breakdown of each stage:

• Order confirmed: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique order number. This indicates that your order is being prepared and is ready to be processed.

• On its way: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to you.

• Delivered: Your order has arrived safely at your address. Enjoy your exclusive order.

How do I cancel my order?

After your order is confirmed, cancellation may be possible, but it must be done immediately. You can cancel through the my account page or by contacting our customer service via chat or phone.

What is a pre-order and how does it work?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that’s not yet available for sale, but will be soon. You’ll find an estimated delivery date for each pre-order item listed on the product page, so you’ll know when to expect it.

For mixed orders with both available and pre-order items. The products will be shipped at different times, but you’ll only be charged once for shipping fees.

If you have pre-order items with different delivery dates: They’ll all be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Pre-order items can only be purchased using a credit card. After you place your order, we’ll ask your bank to verify the details.

For pre-orders, payment authorization is for the full amount. This is not a charge yet. We’ll charge your card only when the package is shipped

Coming Soon

Coming Soon’ means that the product will be available within the next few weeks. Usually even sooner than our pre-order items. These products are on their way and almost in stock. Please note: quantities are limited, so we recommend signing up for a notification to be the first to know when they go live.

The Packaging

In line with our commitment to sustainability, we’ve made efforts to reduce packaging for our orders. If you choose the gift option, your order will come in our signature GOLSONCHÉ Gift Box, complete with a card for your personal message.

We use paper and cardboard materials that are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), ensuring sustainable forest management and the use of recycled content. Our garment and dust bags are made from certified* organic cotton, and our stationery and printed materials are also FSC certified. Our packaging is designed to be fully recyclable, in compliance with local regulations and guidelines.

*Certified according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and/or Organic Content Standard (OCS)

How can I use promotional codes?

GOLSONCHÉ promotional codes unlock exclusive deals for you. To receive these codes, simply subscribe to our newsletter. To redeem a promotion, enter the code in the designated field during checkout and click “Apply”. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order.

How Can I delete my account?

Payments Methods

GOLSONCHÉ accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Maestro enabled debit cards.
The total amount will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, please visit paypal.com.

IDEAL
For a regular iDEAL payment, at checkout, you choose iDEAL and then your bank. In the case of paying with an iDEAL QR code, you scan the QR code with your bank app*. After scanning, the iDEAL payment starts immediately and everything is the same as an iDEAL payment via your bank's app.

Payment Security

Every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of certified secure servers and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the “https” URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar.

To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

Tax information & Invoices

Purchasing on GOLSONCHÉ is reserved for end consumers. All prices are inclusive of VAT. The document will be sent as an attachment in the Shipping Confirmation email.

Please note: once the order is confirmed, we cannot modify the details you have entered and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.
